On Tuesday, August 20, One Iowa will hold a Fair Courts Forum at the Thoreau Center in Des Moines, a project of the Iowa Fair Courts Coalition. Featured speakers will include former Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Marsha Ternus, who was part of the unanimous Varnum v.
