West Des Moines School Closed Again Today from Winter Storm Draco, First Blizzard of 2012
About 200 West Des Moines residents are still without power.
West Des Moines Community Schools students are getting an extended holiday break after administrators made the decision early this morning to cancel classes for a second day because of snow accumulation with winter storm Draco.
Also closed are Iowa Christian Academy and Dowling Catholic High School.
Almost 200 West Des Moines residents are still without power this morning, according to MidAmerican Energy Co.
