Now that the housing market is turning around, it’s even more important than ever to learn what it takes to attract buyers and get your house sold! This class will cover creative marketing plans, cost effective improvements and home staging, setting the right price, the art of negotiating, and how to use your equity to plan a successful move. An outline of seller responsibilities and costs will be discussed. Course taught by licensed professional, Amy Schafer.
