3 Women Arrested in Johnston Prostitution Sting

Three women were arrested after an undercover prostitution sting at a Johnston massage parlor.
The Des Moines Register reported the three women were employees of Asian Body & Relaxation Center. One, Fengzhen Wei, 52, was charged with prostitution and operation without proper licensing. The others, Haixin Liu, 53, and Jinfeng Qin, 54, were charged with operation without proper licensing.
Police said Wei sexually fondled an undercover officer during a massage, but that he had not asked for or indicated he would like to be touched sexually.
Asian Body & Relaxation Center opened in August 2012 at 5249 Merle Hay Road. Police said they have been investigating the business since it 2012, when it went by the name Asian Massage.
