Deadline Approaching for Valley High School, Valley Southwoods Sports Physicals

Physicals are good for 13 months.

Forms for athletes in grades 10-12 may be returned to the Activities Office, which is temporarily located in Room 2419 at Valley High School during construction. Ninth-graders should return their forms to the Valley Southwoods office.
